Clinical Trial Leader – France (Full-Time, Permanent)

Excelya, a leading European Contract Research Organization (CRO), is seeking a Clinical Trial Leader (CTL) to oversee the planning, execution, and success of global clinical trials. This role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and cross-functional coordination across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the trial team to ensure successful trial execution.
  • Develop trial strategies including planning, budgeting, feasibility assessments, and recruitment strategies.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, trial sites, and patient communities.
  • Oversee trial conduct and management, ensuring compliance, coordination of cross-functional teams, and vendor oversight.
  • Manage trial closeout activities, including data cleaning, clinical trial reporting (CTR), and publication support.
  • Ensure documentation quality through eTMF management and amendment oversight.

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong project management experience, preferably in a global clinical trial setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multinational teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (global trial context).
  • Remote work allowed, but must be based in France.
