We are seeking a Clinical Trial Educator (CTE) who will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical trial success by educating healthcare professionals, optimizing patient recruitment, and fostering referral networks within the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) and Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) therapeutic areas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide education on clinical trial inclusion/exclusion criteria to healthcare providers and trial coordinators.

  • Conduct in-service presentations to enhance patient enrollment in clinical trials.

  • Collaborate with CRAs and field-based medical teams to develop tailored recruitment plans.

  • Build and maintain referral networks with physicians and support groups.

  • Engage in community outreach to promote diversity and awareness in clinical trials.

  • Manage chart reviews, referral outreach, and data abstraction as required.

  • Work independently while maintaining coordination across functional teams.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum).

  • Clinical research experience.

  • Experience in PAH and IPF therapeutic areas.

  • Active professional license or credential in one of the following:

    • MD / DO

    • RN / NP / PA

    • Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD)

    • Occupational Therapist

    • Physical Therapist

    • Respiratory Therapist

Preferred:

  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC).

  • 2+ years as a Clinical Trial Educator or in healthcare education.

  • Experience in community engagement and diversity initiatives in clinical trials.

  • Strong business acumen and customer service orientation.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and technology skills.

  • Proven ability in referral outreach, chart review, and data abstraction.

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% (including overnight).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $62,300 – $195,100 (annualized)

  • Actual compensation depends on experience, education, and location.

  • May include additional incentives, bonuses, health and welfare benefits.
