Job Summary:
Medpace is seeking Clinical Research Coordinators to join as Clinical Research Associates (CRA). This role offers an opportunity to transition into a CRA position through our PACE® Training Program. The position includes home-based work and a competitive salary with a generous travel bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites
  • Communicate with medical site staff, including coordinators and clinical research physicians
  • Verify investigator qualifications, training, and site resources
  • Ensure accurate research documentation and adherence to protocol guidelines
  • Perform on-site and virtual/remote monitoring with a risk-based approach
  • Verify subject eligibility and review regulatory documents
  • Manage investigational product accountability and inventory
  • Review adverse events and protocol compliance
  • Assess patient recruitment success and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters with findings and corrective actions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in health or science-related field
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
  • Ability to travel 60-70% nationwide; some visits may be remote
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive to monitoring sites
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with efficient time management

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $160,000 (based on skills and experience)
