Requirements:
Clinical Trial Management (CTM) Experience: Prior experience as a CTM/CPM in pharma or biotech.
CRO Experience: Previous experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) is essential.
Role Overview:
Planet Pharma is partnered with a growing biotech company that is seeking a strategic project lead with a background in the CRO space. This leadership position is with an Italian biotech that has experienced substantial growth recently and is projected to expand significantly in 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CTM/CPM who wants to further develop their international project management experience and advance professionally with a company offering considerable growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage clinical projects across multiple phases.
Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of clinical trials.
Monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
