Job Overview

Labcorp is hiring a Clinical Project Associate to support clinical project operations, documentation, and quality processes. The role involves managing daily project tasks, ensuring compliance with SOPs, supporting internal teams, and contributing to training, quality checks, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Coordination & Operations

Manage day-to-day project tasks ensuring quality and productivity.

Maintain and organize project and technical documentation.

Track workload and assign tasks based on priority.

  1. Quality & Compliance

Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of work.

Follow SOPs and work instructions strictly.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

  1. Reporting & Metrics

Track and report performance metrics as per timelines.

Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.

  1. Training & Mentorship

Guide and mentor team members to perform tasks independently.

Maintain training files and ensure audit readiness.

Track weekly/monthly training compliance.

Plan and deliver training sessions and prepare training materials.

  1. Process Improvement

Assist in implementation of revised processes and procedures.

Review and update SOPs/WIs and submit version-controlled documents.

Participate in knowledge sharing sessions across departments.

  1. Stakeholder Support

Provide administrative and technical support to internal teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments effectively.
