Role Overview

This role focuses on Clinical Trial Site & Investigator Management, supporting clinical trial operations through effective coordination, monitoring, and data management.

You will ensure smooth execution of clinical trial activities by maintaining accurate records of sites, investigators, subjects, and study milestones.


Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Trial Site & Investigator Management

  • Manage clinical trial site-related activities across study phases

  • Maintain and update:

    • Site status

    • Investigator information

    • Subject tracking

    • Study milestones

  • Ensure proper communication between stakeholders throughout the clinical study lifecycle


2. Clinical Data Management Support

  • Support collection, validation, and maintenance of clinical trial data

  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of trial-related information

  • Assist in maintaining data integrity for regulatory compliance


3. Study Tracking & Documentation

  • Track and update study progress and milestone completion

  • Maintain documentation related to:

    • Clinical trial sites

    • Investigators

    • Study operations


4. Financial & Invoice Reconciliation

  • Assist in reconciliation of payment invoices related to clinical trials

  • Ensure alignment of site payments with study activities


5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Communicate with:

    • Internal clinical operations teams

    • Site personnel

    • Investigators

    • Other study stakeholders

  • Support smooth execution of trial activities through collaboration
