Job Overview
Accenture is seeking a skilled Clinical Data Services Analyst to join its Life Sciences Research and Development (R&D) division in Bengaluru. This role focuses on managing and analyzing clinical trial data to support pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations in delivering safe and effective treatments.
As part of the Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory services team, the selected candidate will contribute to clinical data management activities that ensure high-quality data collection, validation, integration, and analysis throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. The role plays an important part in enabling regulatory compliance and supporting the successful execution of clinical research programs.
This position offers an opportunity to work with global biopharma companies and participate in projects that improve patient outcomes by combining scientific expertise with advanced data management technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data analysis and support clinical data management activities related to clinical trials.
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of clinical databases used in research studies.
Conduct clinical database programming, testing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system build and configuration for clinical studies.
Ensure compliance with clinical data standards and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain data quality and resolve data-related issues.
Participate in troubleshooting lower-complexity data management problems and implement appropriate solutions.
Maintain documentation and follow established procedures for clinical data handling and reporting.
Communicate project updates and status reports to supervisors and team members.
Support multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in data processes.
Work in rotational shifts when required to support global project delivery.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or Master of Science (MSc) in a relevant life sciences, data, or technical discipline.
Experience Required
3 to 5 years of experience in Clinical Data Management, Clinical Data Services, or related roles within the life sciences or clinical research industry.
