🔍 Job Overview:

Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical data systems that meet the needs of internal and external clients. Work as part of a team to assist in database design and programming, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.


🧠 Key Responsibilities:

🛠️ Technical & Database Support

  • Assist in planning, developing, and maintaining clinical databases for local, regional, or global studies

  • Support programming, testing, and documentation of databases in line with programming standards and validation procedures

  • Assist in performing data manipulation and transfers for internal and external stakeholders

  • Help in testing new technology upgrades in collaboration with the IT team

📋 Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with core operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions

  • Document technical work as per organizational standards

🤝 Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team to align timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables

  • Foster strong working relationships and communication with project teams


🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

📘 Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred)

  • Entry-level role; prior experience in clinical data programming is an advantage but not required

💡 Skills:

  • Basic understanding of database structures and design

  • Familiarity with clinical data management concepts is a plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Willingness to learn programming standards and clinical data systems
