Role Overview

As a Clinical Data Enablement Data Aggregation Lead, you will play a key role in enabling and managing the flow of clinical trial data across Phases I–IV. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of clinical data, which supports review, cleaning, and analysis processes.


Key Responsibilities

Data Flow Enablement & Oversight

  • Oversee the end-to-end data flow for Phase I–IV clinical trials—from data ingestion and transformation to internal availability.

  • Ensure clinical trial data is prepared and aligned for data review, cleaning, and statistical analysis.

Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Engage with external vendors (e.g., labs, ECG, biomarkers) and internal departments (e.g., clinical operations, early development) to:

    • Define and execute data transfer specifications and schedules

    • Ensure data consistency, quality, and timeliness

  • Work cross-functionally with Data Management, Clinical Ops, IT, and other teams to troubleshoot data flow issues and ensure data integrity.

Process & Technical Improvement

  • Contribute to technical and process enhancement initiatives for optimizing clinical results data flow.

  • Collaborate on sponsor-level initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance across clinical data pipelines.


Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

    • Computer Science

    • Informatics/Data Science

    • Life Sciences (preferred)

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industry, especially with global clinical studies or system/process initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end data flow systems that support data review and cleaning.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate independently in a cross-functional, remote environment.
