Job Overview

Abbott is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Contract Associate I to support the US and CALA Clinical Contracts, Budgets & HCP Agreements team from its Gurgaon office.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in clinical research contracts, budgeting, finance coordination, and healthcare professional (HCP) agreement management. The candidate will contribute to clinical budget development, contract amendment management, licensing agreement coordination, and financial forecasting support within global clinical trial operations.

The position also offers exposure to international clinical research processes, multi-country study budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical operations and project management teams.


Experience Required

Experience Level

  • Entry-Level to Mid-Level Clinical Research Professional
  • Freshers are generally not preferred

Required Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in:
    • Clinical Research
    • Pharmaceutical Industry
    • Medical Device Industry
    • Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
