Position Description: The Clinical Content Pharmacist is a remote role focused on developing and enhancing oncology clinical content that supports The US Oncology Network and McKesson. Responsibilities include managing a comprehensive regimen template library, conducting disease and drug reviews for Value Pathways, and supporting educational initiatives to advance community oncology practices. This role requires leadership in clinical program delivery and strategic planning to foster the growth of existing and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Content Development and Analytics:

    • Collaborate with an internal committee overseeing a regimen library to establish best practices for safe drug administration.
    • Create and analyze detailed oncology regimen templates for the iKnowMed electronic health record.
    • Lead the development and maintenance of disease-specific pathways, conducting thorough evidence reviews and financial analyses.
    • Ensure clinical and technical accuracy in clinical algorithms for decision support tools.
    • Develop patient education materials and clinical treatment algorithms in collaboration with IT and clinical leaders.
    • Identify clinical requirements and manage the update process for electronic health records.
  • Project Management:

    • Create and implement project management plans for fiscal year clinical initiatives.
    • Lead projects independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
    • Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to enhance clinical data reporting quality.
    • Maintain standard operating procedures for clinical programs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant healthcare experience, including 4 years in Pharmacovigilance and 3 years in line management.
  • Active pharmacist license required.
  • Experience in community oncology or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Clinical Oncology, electronic health records, and regimen library management.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills.

Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package, including base pay and potential bonuses. The salary range for this position is $116,500 - $194,100, depending on performance, experience, and skills.
