Job Responsibilities

  • Experience in coding multicenter large clinical trials.
  • Lead coding experience is preferred.
  • Perform quality and consistency checks on coding listings.
  • Understand coding regulatory requirements and protocol-related dependencies.
  • Experience in coding and quality checks using tools such as Thesaurus Management System (TMS), RAVE Coder, and Inform Central Coding.
  • Experience in coding setup activities and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and data management activities.
  • Familiarity with data management query management, Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliation, and listings review.
  • Knowledge of coding data transfer and Data Management and Biostatistics (DMBS) systems is preferred.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • BS/BA Degree preferred in Biological Sciences, Healthcare, or Clinical Research.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on medical coding experience.
  • WHODrug understanding and experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with sponsors and internal customers at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to inform.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a matrix-structured environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and voicemail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
