💼 Position Overview

The Candidate Care Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for candidates, representing Sanofi’s candidate-centric recruitment philosophy.
You’ll support Asia Region (India, SEA, ANZ, etc.) and help manage high-volume hiring while ensuring a world-class candidate experience.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Candidate Care Partner in executing the candidate care strategy.

  • Engage proactively with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle:

    • Interview scheduling

    • Reference checks

    • Candidate engagement and follow-ups

  • Administer and analyze candidate satisfaction surveys to improve processes.

  • Suggest improvements and leverage data-driven insights to enhance the candidate journey.

  • Ensure easy communication and accessibility for all candidates throughout the process.

🧾 Required Experience

  • Minimum: 5+ years in scheduling or recruitment coordination.

  • Experience with scheduling tools and managing large-scale scheduling processes.

  • Ability to engage and maintain relationships with potential talent.

  • Experience in a global Centre of Excellence (CoE) environment and driving standardization across multiple regions.
