Job Description

Sandoz is looking for a Business Analyst in Track & Trace within our Technology Transformation team to contribute to the growth of our Serialization System portfolio. This role is crucial for supporting operations, change management, and ensuring the continued success of our manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Stay updated on internal Technology systems, standards, quality management, IT security, and regulatory requirements.
Analyze complex business requirements to develop technology solutions supporting operations.
Collaborate on assessments of processes and data to gather detailed requirements.
Assist local project teams in designing optimized processes and driving implementation of best practices.
Lead authoring of user requirements documents and support continuous application improvement.
Define and support platform collaboration to maximize customer value.
Ensure consistency between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation processes.
Guide the business in creating key messages for change management and training materials.
Contribute to defining deployment metrics and performance qualification testing.
Support Associate Director Manufacturing Enterprise solutions in defining serialization system strategy and roadmap.

Successful project execution (quality, time, cost).
Process efficiency and operational stability.
Accurate business process models and up-to-date documentation.
Effective support for Track & Trace system projects.

Ideal Background:

Education:

University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Languages:

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Experience & Skills:

Over 5 years of expertise in the discrete/process industry, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
3+ years of IT/OT project management experience, including Computerized System Validation (CSV) in a pharmaceutical environment.
Strong skills in Business Analysis, Requirements Definition & Management, Analytical Thinking, Financial Modeling, and Effective Communication.
Deep understanding of process architecture and IT service lifecycle management practices.
Expertise in Manufacturing OT solutions (e.g., Historian, Track & Trace, SCADA/Automation, DCS).
Knowledge of vertical integration between ERP, MES, Historian, SCADA/DCS systems.
Solid understanding of working in GxP classified environments.
