About the Team
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource hub based in India, established to centralize processes and activities supporting:
Specialty Care
Vaccines
General Medicines
Consumer Healthcare (CHC)
Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO)
R&D, Data & Digital functions
SBO serves as a strategic and functional partner, delivering tactical support to Medical, Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA), and Commercial organizations across Sanofi globally.
Main Responsibilities
Core Purpose
Execute assigned Evidence Synthesis projects (e.g., search strategy development, screening, data extraction).
Generate robust evidence to strengthen value propositions for products/programs in global and local markets.
Innovate HEVA/Medical evidence identification, generation, and dissemination to improve reimbursement outcomes and patient access.
Develop and maintain expertise in assigned Therapeutic Areas (TAs).
People
Build and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate seamlessly with global HEVA/Medical teams across multiple time zones.
Performance
Support execution of research plans covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence needs for investigational and marketed drugs.
Contribute to evidence generation plans including:
Burden of illness studies
Epidemiology studies
Systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses
Retrospective/prospective observational studies
Economic evaluations
Patient-reported outcome (PRO) assessments
Provide support in collaboration with external experts and institutions.
Assist HEVA/Medical product leads in managing and executing clinical, economic, and humanistic value studies.
Support the development of Core Value Dossiers (CVDs) and AMCP dossiers, providing strategic insights.
Process
Assist in the creation of strategic evidence materials.
Contribute to the development of standardized evidence generation processes, templates, and deliverables aligned with scientific and value communication strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal evidence generation guidelines and standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with global and local HEVA, RWE, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Marketing, External Affairs, and Market Access teams.
Deliver tailored evidence generation outputs to support business and access objectives.
About You
Experience
Minimum 3 years in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO, consultancy, or academia.
Skills
Soft skills: Strong stakeholder management, excellent written and verbal communication, external engagement, ability to work independently and in teams.
Technical skills: Advanced analytical ability to translate clinical/economic data into payer-relevant strategies.
Education
Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline, or a Medical degree.
Languages
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
