About the Team
Sanofi Global Hub (SGH), based in India, is an internal Sanofi resource organization created to centralize processes and activities across Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SGH acts as a strategic and functional partner, supporting Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally with high-quality tactical deliveries.
Main Responsibilities
HEVA Communication Deliverables
Develop manuscripts, posters, abstracts, and slide decks aligned with HEVA strategy and global HEVA communication plans.
Support integration of clinical and health economic evidence to demonstrate product value for healthcare decision makers.
Ensure alignment with Core Value Dossier, US AMCP Dossier, and other submissions as required.
Establish and maintain Core Value Decks, providing regularly updated syntheses of critical HEVA evidence.
Ensure adherence to publication SOPs and compliance standards.
Innovate HEVA value communications to enhance relevance and impact.
Independently create complex and specialized scientific content.
Mentor and review content from junior and senior HEVA writers.
Manage publication processes in iEnvision (Datavision/Matrix).
People
Build and maintain effective relationships with medical and scientific stakeholders.
Interact with healthcare professionals to align publication content.
Coach and guide writers, fostering knowledge sharing and expertise development.
Performance
Deliver HEVA communication outputs (manuscripts, posters, abstracts, slide decks) on time and with high quality.
Provide strategic support through collaborations with individuals and institutions for publication needs.
Process
Act as a subject matter expert in medical communications for the assigned therapeutic area.
Conduct publication-needs analyses with the scientific communication team.
Implement annual publication plans and related activities in designated regions.
Collaborate with vendors to deliver required outputs per defined processes.
Leverage modern training tools to enhance communication delivery effectiveness.
Incorporate feedback to continuously improve content and processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with global and local HEVA, RWE, and scientific communication teams to identify and meet publication needs.
Deliver customized HEVA communication outputs for relevant stakeholders.
About You
Experience:
8+ years in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia.
Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
Technical Skills:
Training/experience in health economics, public health, epidemiology, or related disciplines.
Exposure to therapeutic area/domain knowledge.
Knowledge of Good Publication Practice, publication submission processes, and/or project management.
Education:
Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related discipline, or a medical degree.
Languages:
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
