We are looking for an Associate Content Ingestion Analyst to join our WDA Team in Hyderabad. This is an amazing opportunity to work on web data acquisition tool. The team consists of 5 people and is reporting to the Content Manager. We have a great skill set in sourcing content and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in content acquisition.

 

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in content acquisition or content research

  • Relevant experience on working with spidering tools or web crawling tools

  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach towards process change, quickly adapt to changing priorities

 

It would be great if you also had . . .  

  • An interest in the technical side of things and a desire to learn more

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and liaise effectively with technology, operations, and product teams.

 

What will you be doing in this role? 

  • Work in a multidisciplinary and global team

  • Continuous monitoring of automated acquisition processes and immediate action to address production issues

  • Ensure key performance indicators for quality, timeliness and completeness are met

  • Work with the Product Owner and Agile team for the implementation and testing of automation solutions

  • Proactively identify and report issues that may impact the ability of the team to achieve production targets

  • Proactively identify and report improvements in automation tools and processes that can contribute to increase efficiency and performance

  • Maintain awareness of current developments in own technology area

 

About the Team   

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of automated processes for the monitoring and acquisition of content from a range of sources including, but not limited to, journals, clinical trials, press releases, regulatory documents, grants, and company information. Works with content experts and ensures that the content acquisition processes meet the expected standards of completeness, timeliness, and quality

 

Hours of Work  

10am to 7pm - this is a full-time and permanent role
