Position Overview

The Associate Clinical Specialist provides clinical education, technical support, and field assistance to ensure optimal outcomes for Medtronic’s customers.
This role collaborates closely with sales and clinical teams to deliver product expertise, support procedures, and enhance product adoption across assigned regions or business units.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site clinical education and consulting sessions for healthcare professionals.

  • Support field personnel in delivering the highest level of service and outcomes for Medtronic customers.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement territory-specific sales plans.

  • Participate in medical conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness and market reach.

  • Work closely with Clinical Leads, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales Teams to support customer cases and sales initiatives.

  • Identify and facilitate execution of growth opportunities with the Sales and Clinical Support Teams.

  • Serve as a technical resource to support product demonstrations and sales efforts for specific medical technologies.
