🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Education & On-Site Support

  • Conduct on-site clinical education and consulting sessions for healthcare professionals.

  • Provide technical and procedural support during product use to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Leads and Regional Sales Teams to ensure superior service delivery.

2. Sales Collaboration & Growth

  • Partner with Sales Colleagues to develop and execute territory sales plans.

  • Identify and facilitate growth opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Clinical Support teams.

  • Participate in conventions, forums, and conferences to enhance product awareness and brand visibility.

3. Technical & Customer Support

  • Serve as a technical resource to support the sales of Medtronic’s medical products or solutions.

  • Assist field teams in troubleshooting, application guidance, and procedural best practices.

  • Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and information flow.


🧠 Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field).

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in clinical, technical, or medical device support.

  • Knowledge:

    • Strong theoretical understanding of medical device applications.

    • Familiarity with healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and regulatory practices.
