Position Summary:

As an Associate Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on pharmaceutical pricing data and market analytics. Your role will include preparing detailed pricing and competitor reports, performing research and analytics, and providing data support to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

📊 Reporting & Data Management

  • Create and manage Excel-based pricing and competitor reports, including data extraction, standardization, and calculations.

  • Update and maintain pricing information in internal portals/tools.

🔍 Research & Analysis

  • Conduct secondary research on pharmaceutical markets, including legislative changes and margin structures.

  • Support analytical projects ranging from simple data comparisons to advanced analytics using internal databases.

🧾 Client Support

  • Respond to client queries (live/offline) and provide customized data reports as required.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Education:

  • Graduate in B.Pharm or M.Pharm (Mandatory)

💼 Experience:

  • 0–1 year of relevant work experience.

🧠 Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Understanding of market research, including data interpretation and secondary research.

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical domain (Mandatory).

  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Market Access is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of SQL and Excel Macros is a value addition.

  • Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and time management.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments.

Compensation (U.S. only):

Note: This compensation range is not applicable to India.

  • Anticipated Base Salary Range: $83,000 – $112,000 USD

  • Final salary will be based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
