We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Analyst to join our Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining global pharmaceutical tender information with precision and consistency.
Collect and enter tender-related data into internal databases accurately and efficiently.
Compile, verify, and sort data according to defined priorities.
Review documents for deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies; correct them where possible.
Perform document research to gather missing or additional information.
Ensure secure storage of completed work in designated systems and perform routine backups.
Maintain compliance with data integrity and security protocols.
Perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy in a dynamic, evolving work environment.
Education: Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
Experience & Skills:
Basic to advanced MS Excel proficiency.
Ability to read and interpret complex documents and literature.
Understanding of pharmaceutical tenders is highly preferred.
Prior data entry or document research experience is an added advantage.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical domain is desirable.
