Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Analyst to join our Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining global pharmaceutical tender information with precision and consistency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and enter tender-related data into internal databases accurately and efficiently.

  • Compile, verify, and sort data according to defined priorities.

  • Review documents for deficiencies, errors, or inconsistencies; correct them where possible.

  • Perform document research to gather missing or additional information.

  • Ensure secure storage of completed work in designated systems and perform routine backups.

  • Maintain compliance with data integrity and security protocols.

  • Perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy in a dynamic, evolving work environment.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.

  • Experience & Skills:

    • Basic to advanced MS Excel proficiency.

    • Ability to read and interpret complex documents and literature.

    • Understanding of pharmaceutical tenders is highly preferred.

    • Prior data entry or document research experience is an added advantage.

    • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical domain is desirable.
