Job Description

Baxter is a global healthcare company driven by the mission to save and sustain lives. The company is hiring an Associate Manager, Clinical (HST) for its Gurgaon, Haryana location. This role focuses on providing clinical and technical expertise for Baxter’s medical device portfolio to support product adoption, customer satisfaction, and clinical success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for healthcare professionals including surgeons, nurses, and technicians.

  • Provide hands-on training on the safe and effective use of medical devices.

  • Offer clinical and technical support during device setup, procedures, and post-installation phases.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues both remotely and on-site.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to support product positioning and achieve business targets.

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with marketing and product development teams.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, clinical procedures, and competitor offerings.

  • Support high-profile clinical procedures when required.

  • Travel extensively to hospitals, customer sites, and industry conferences.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Surgery Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of clinical experience or experience as an Application Specialist in medical devices.


Required Skills

  • Strong clinical understanding in surgical or related medical domains.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to work in high-pressure clinical environments.

  • Willingness to travel frequently and support on-site clinical needs.
