Job Overview

This is a leadership role focused on driving Medical Modernization initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. You will manage digital medical operations, coordinate omnichannel engagement strategies, and collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance medical communication and processes.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development

  • Drive development of digital and omnichannel medical strategies

  • Collaborate with global and regional leadership teams

  • Align initiatives with business and medical objectives

Stakeholder Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner with global, regional, and country teams

  • Work with therapeutic, content, and medical stakeholders

  • Ensure smooth execution of regional strategies

Process & Operations Management

  • Develop and optimize Medical Initiated Email (MIE) processes

  • Establish frameworks, workflows, and best practices

  • Ensure efficient operational execution

User Experience & Engagement

  • Enhance engagement experience for scientific leaders

  • Support training and change management initiatives

  • Improve communication across digital medical channels

Implementation & Technology

  • Lead execution of omnichannel initiatives

  • Work with platforms like Veeva CRM and medical portals

  • Support digital transformation in medical operations


Required Skills

Preferred Skills
