About the Role:
Join our manufacturing logistics and supply team and play a key role in ensuring patients and customers receive life-saving medicines on time. As an Assistant Associate – Warehouse, you will support the efficient movement, storage, and handling of raw materials and finished goods while adhering to strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute individually and collaboratively to achieve team deliverables, coordinating with colleagues across shifts and departments.

  • Manage personal workflow and professional development while being accountable for assigned results.

  • Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope and complexity within set timelines; assist in troubleshooting process issues.

  • Share knowledge to support team success and ensure work is periodically reviewed for technical accuracy.

  • Identify and resolve moderately routine problems in a structured environment, escalating deviations as necessary.

  • Handle the movement of materials and finished goods using forklifts, conveyors, cranes, hand carts, and power trucks.

  • Assist in identifying process improvements to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality.

  • Strictly adhere to SOPs, cGMPs, plant safety, quality, and documentation requirements, participating in audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Provide technical support for hi-rise operations, resolve warehouse-related issues, and maintain accurate records using computerized inventory systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Graduate degree in Science with 2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Hands-on experience in OEB-4 & OEB-5 material handling, isolator operation, and raw materials dispensing.

  • Proficiency in inventory documentation and computerized inventory systems.

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to facility documents and instructions.

  • Ability to operate motorized forklifts safely.

  • Strong communication, electronic, and computer skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, Visio, SharePoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehousing operations.

  • Certification in assigned warehouse or material handling areas (if applicable).

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced work environments.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
