Role Title: ADC Chemistry Specialist
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ADC Chemistry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the synthesis and purification of complex antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), working with various chemistries, linkers, and payloads. The role requires expertise in handling high-potency molecules, purification techniques such as flash column and HPLC, and the characterization of higher molecular weight compounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize and purify complex antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) molecules.
  • Synthesize various types of linkers, including natural and unnatural amino acids and PEGs.
  • Synthesize high-potency drug molecules (payloads).
  • Purify complex and large molecules using techniques like flash column chromatography and HPLC.
  • Handle various types of chemistry involving different payloads.
  • Interpret and characterize higher molecular weight compounds.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in ADC chemistry, preferably from the CRO industry.
  • Strong adherence to safe practices and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of safety protocols and systems.
  • Completion of mandatory training related to data integrity, health, and safety.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and careful attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with teams across departments.
  • Ability to prioritize work responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity to maintain confidentiality in all work-related matters.
