About the Role

Accenture is hiring a Clinical Data Services Associate to support its expanding Life Sciences R&D operations. This position focuses on clinical data oversight, medical monitoring support, and end-to-end clinical data management activities. The role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to develop expertise in a global clinical research environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform core Clinical Data Management tasks including discrepancy review, query generation, and query closure

  • Support development of CRF Completion Guidelines (CCG) and SAE reconciliation guidelines

  • Identify and document protocol deviations in clinical databases

  • Conduct edit check validation, create test cases, develop test scripts, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Provide medical monitoring support and contribute to clinical trial oversight as per SOPs

  • Work as an individual contributor within a structured team environment

  • Follow detailed instructions for daily operations and new assignments

  • Work in rotational shifts as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • BE, Bachelor of Pharmacy, or Master of Pharmacy

  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication

  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment

  • Experience Required: 0–2 years in Clinical Data Services, Clinical Data Management, or related domains
