About the Role

Accenture is seeking a Clinical Data Services Associate to support its Life Sciences R&D operations. This position offers an opportunity to work on global clinical data management and medical monitoring activities, supporting leading biopharmaceutical organizations. The role is based in Bengaluru and requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality data delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform core Clinical Data Management activities including discrepancy review, query generation, and query resolution

  • Support development of CRF Completion Guidelines (CCG) and SAE reconciliation guidelines

  • Identify and report protocol deviations within databases

  • Conduct edit check validation through test case creation, test scripting, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Provide medical insight for trial oversight and safety considerations as per applicable SOPs

  • Contribute as an individual team member with a focused, well-defined scope of work

  • Follow instructions provided for daily tasks and new work assignments

  • Work in rotational shifts as required

Required Qualifications

  • BE, Bachelor of Pharmacy, or Master of Pharmacy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience Required: 0–2 years in Clinical Data Services or related functions
