Your Role
As an Associate Quality Control Chemist (Laboratory), you will:
Evaluate products according to established protocols
Provide technical support to colleagues
Perform operations supporting the group and department
Review stock suitability data in line with Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines
Maintain and support general quality review functions
Identify opportunities for quality improvement within compliance standards
Communicate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure customer-focused excellence
Prioritize responsibilities in alignment with department goals
Work Schedule:
Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Days: Wednesday – Saturday
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Life Science discipline
2+ years of academic and/or professional laboratory experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related Life Science discipline
4+ years of laboratory or quality review experience
Proficiency in analytical techniques, chemical calculations, and safe laboratory practices
Knowledge of Data Integrity principles
Proficiency in database software & Microsoft Office Suite
Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven teamwork ability
Self-motivated, adaptable, and skilled in time management
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $24.00 – $44.00 per hour
Actual compensation will depend on experience, education, skills, and location
May be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses
