Role Summary
The CRA II monitors clinical research studies to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards. This includes on-site and remote monitoring, developing monitoring tools, contributing to SOPs, and managing defined project components.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical trials
Review study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms
Develop and implement monitoring plans, checklists, and templates
Contribute to SOPs, processes, and training materials
Manage project components (site visits, tracking progress, resolving issues)
Maintain accurate documentation: monitoring reports, follow-up letters, action plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial operations
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience: 2–4 years in clinical research monitoring
Knowledge: Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems
Preferred Certification:
Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent
