Job Description:

The Zonal Account Manager will play a key role in establishing and implementing cost-effective, results-driven programs and initiatives within the Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems area. This position will contribute to project execution, monitor sales pipelines, and support junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Implement cost-effective programs and initiatives in Clinical Sales – Hospital/Hospital Systems.

  • Sales Strategy: Identify opportunities to improve sales strategies through analysis of trends and competition.

  • Customer Account Management: Document and manage customer account information, setting up reporting for sales pipeline tracking.

  • Team Coaching: Mentor junior colleagues on sales techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

  • Product Knowledge Communication: Ensure employees are well-informed about product knowledge, launches, policies, and guidelines.

  • Sales Incentives: Eligible for sales incentives and commissions based on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Relevant experience in MedTech sales or clinical sales roles.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hospital systems and sales strategy implementation.
