Position: Trust & Safety New Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Content Review:

    • Analyze and review user profiles, videos, texts, images, etc.
    • Apply and investigate client policies.
    • Escalate and/or resolve reported issues by users or flagged by the system.
  2. Process and Audit Readiness:

    • Assist in conducting process reviews and monitoring audit readiness.
    • Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions.
  3. Training and Development:

    • Assist in designing and tracking training schedules and materials for new hires and existing team members.
  4. Client and Regulatory Support:

    • Coordinate with the project team to support the client during regulatory inspections.
    • Engage in conversations around socially sensitive topics to keep communities safe.
  5. Quality Management:

    • Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions.
    • Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines.
  6. Data Analysis and Improvement:

    • Perform analysis of data and suggest strategies for process improvement/excellence.
  7. Additional Responsibilities:

    • Engage in well-being activities.
    • Meet desired efficiency established by business.
    • Provide support activities, track information and metrics, conduct ongoing QC, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
