Job Overview
The Translation Project Coordinator – Pharmacovigilance (PV) Solutions will support day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities for pharmacovigilance literature monitoring and non-linguistic safety projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outputs for global life sciences clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative and coordination activities for non-linguistic pharmacovigilance and literature monitoring projects
Coordinate file transfers, internal quality checks, process controls, and client deliverables
Track project timelines and proactively communicate project status to internal stakeholders
Ensure strict adherence to client deadlines, service level agreements, and internal workflows
Apply Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) across all assigned projects
Support Production teams by maintaining accurate documentation and project records
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager or supervisor
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Life Sciences or Linguistics preferred)
Experience Required: 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, translation operations, pharmacovigilance support, or life sciences project management
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and project management tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
