Key Responsibilities
- Synthesize, purify, and characterize chemical intermediates.
- Deliver small to large quantities of novel chemical entities for drug discovery.
- Collaborate in a team to drive chemistry projects forward.
- Apply knowledge of basic organic chemistry and mechanisms.
- Utilize knowledge of Name Reactions and functional group transformations.
- Understand molarity, normality, and equivalency.
- Perform thin-layer chromatography, column purification, and extraction.
- Use NMR, IR, and mass spectrometry effectively.
- Adhere to laboratory safety practices.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm to work in a dynamic research environment.
- Exhibit good soft and scientific communication skills.
Person Profile
Qualification:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field, or M. Pharma (Specialized in Organic Synthesis).
Experience:
- 0-1 year of project experience.
