Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Trainee - Medical Reviewer to join our team. As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in reviewing and evaluating medical records, clinical trial data, and patient documentation. Key Responsibilities

Medical Record Review:
- Assist in reviewing medical records, patient histories, clinical trial documents, and related healthcare data for accuracy and completeness.
- Learn how to identify key medical information, including diagnoses, treatments, and medications, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Assist in the documentation and tracking of any discrepancies or errors found during the review process.
Quality Control and Compliance:
- Support the evaluation of medical records against established guidelines, protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Help ensure adherence to medical review best practices and company policies related to medical data.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in medical review processes and suggest solutions.
Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals:
- Work with healthcare professionals, clinical teams, and other departments to resolve questions and clarify medical documentation issues.
- Learn to communicate effectively with clinical teams, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
Data Review and Analysis:
- Assist in the review and interpretation of clinical trial data, patient records, and lab reports.

Training and Development:
- Participate in training programs to develop knowledge of clinical terminology, medical review processes, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A degree in life sciences, healthcare, nursing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Certification in medical reviewing or clinical research is a plus but not required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Experience:
