About the Role:
As a Trainee Clinical Data Coordinator, you will support clinical data management activities that ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and regulatory-compliant data. You will play a key role in reviewing clinical data, managing queries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic data reviews to identify inconsistencies or errors.

  • Write and resolve data clarifications as directed by the Data Operations Coordinator.

  • Conduct routine quality control procedures.

  • Support the team in achieving project-specific personal objectives.

  • Escalate data-related issues to the Data Operations Coordinator or Group Manager when necessary.

  • Comply with core operating procedures and data management plans.

  • Understand and work within the structure of clinical databases.

  • Collaborate effectively with Clinical Data Management (CDM) teams to ensure seamless data flow and communication.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in data management environments.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently to resolve problems.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
