About the Role:
As a Trainee Clinical Data Coordinator, you will support clinical data management activities that ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and regulatory-compliant data. You will play a key role in reviewing clinical data, managing queries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic data reviews to identify inconsistencies or errors.
Write and resolve data clarifications as directed by the Data Operations Coordinator.
Conduct routine quality control procedures.
Support the team in achieving project-specific personal objectives.
Escalate data-related issues to the Data Operations Coordinator or Group Manager when necessary.
Comply with core operating procedures and data management plans.
Understand and work within the structure of clinical databases.
Collaborate effectively with Clinical Data Management (CDM) teams to ensure seamless data flow and communication.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong computer literacy, particularly in data management environments.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to take initiative and work independently to resolve problems.
Strong ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
