Objectives:

  • Promote Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and maximize business opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and institutions specializing in medical dermatology

  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives

  • Coordinate with HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field-based employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to drive acceptance of promoted products

  • Responsible for sales growth within the designated business area and geography


Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience: Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experience

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills

    • Business acumen

    • Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt, and deliver results

  • Other: Valid driver’s license


Preferred:

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience

  • 3+ years of medical dermatology sales experience

  • Experience in selling within a complex Market Access environment

  • Experience promoting high-science products

  • Product launch experience

  • Experience in a highly competitive market

  • Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager

  • Leverage CRM, sales data, and reports to understand and optimize sales performance

  • Timely call reporting and expense reporting

  • Manage promotional budgets within the assigned territory

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals


Supervision Received:

  • Reports to the Regional Sales Manager


Interactions with Others:

  • Interact at multiple levels inside and outside the company

  • High professionalism, tact, and diplomacy are essential
