Role Summary
The Research Associate – Genomic Research will support laboratory and research activities focused on genomics, molecular biology, and genetic analysis. The role involves conducting experiments, analyzing genomic data, maintaining research documentation, supporting project execution, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to advance genomic research initiatives.
This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge genomic technologies and contribute to scientific discoveries in molecular diagnostics, genetic research, and precision medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Genomic Research & Laboratory Operations
Conduct laboratory experiments related to genomic and molecular research projects.
Perform sample processing, preparation, and analysis as per study protocols.
Support execution of genomic research studies and scientific investigations.
Assist in implementing research methodologies and experimental workflows.
Data Analysis & Interpretation
Analyze experimental and genomic data using appropriate analytical tools.
Interpret research findings and prepare scientific summaries.
Support data validation, quality review, and result interpretation.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of research datasets.
Research Documentation
Maintain detailed records of:
Experimental Procedures
Laboratory Protocols
Research Findings
Data Analysis Results
Ensure documentation complies with laboratory and research standards.
Support preparation of technical reports and project updates.
Project Support & Collaboration
Collaborate with scientists, researchers, and laboratory teams.
Support execution of research strategies and project objectives.
Participate in scientific discussions and project review meetings.
Assist in troubleshooting research and laboratory issues.
Quality & Compliance
Follow laboratory safety and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and research protocols.
Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and laboratory requirements.
Support quality control activities within research projects.

Education
