Job Title: Technical Analyst – AH IT Team
 

Job Overview:
The Technical Analyst will work as a member of the AH IT team. Under the direction of the Value Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for aligning IT solutions with technical strategies to achieve future state objectives related to product information management, specification management, change control, regulatory intelligence, information visibility, and analytics, supporting all Maintenance Enterprise Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of technical and business processes related to CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System) and CCMS (Computer Calibration Management System).

  • Utilize Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.

  • Manage projects effectively through Agile and/or Scrum methodologies, ensuring smooth installation with standard configuration and setup.

  • Deliver multisite or enterprise GxP solutions.

  • Deliver cloud migration projects or demonstrate an understanding of cloud architecture.

  • Understand machine learning principles and their application in maintenance CMMS systems.

  • Lead development and execution of standard SDLC deliverables such as requirements, system testing, user acceptance testing, traceability matrix, and change management deliverables.

  • Organize and participate in discussions with business teams to understand technical needs, align solutions with maintenance requirements, and collaborate with technology partners to roadmap requirements.

  • Support the adoption of maintenance capabilities at manufacturing sites by connecting with site-based teams, understanding support needs, and resolving demands through collaboration with technical teams.

  • Conduct virtual or in-person training sessions with manufacturing sites and develop training artifacts.

  • Support system upgrade releases by authoring test scripts and coordinating user acceptance testing.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across company divisions and user communities to align solutions with business and IT strategy.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of technical analyst experience in the IT industry.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with GMP Computer System Qualification in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing programs.

  • Experience with maintenance systems, including:

    • CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System)

    • CCMS (Computer Calibration Management System)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both business and technical audiences.

  • Proven ability to influence business process discussions and decision-making with business partners.

  • Extensive experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Strong organization, influencing, and follow-up skills.

  • Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering cloud migration projects or understanding cloud architecture.

  • Knowledge of machine learning principles and their application in CMMS systems.

  • Understanding of Factory 4.0 principles and data analytics tools to enable solutions.
