As a Tech Intern at Eli Lilly, you will gain hands-on experience with modern software development technologies, full-stack engineering challenges, and enterprise IT systems within the pharmaceutical industry. This internship provides exposure to healthcare technology, digital transformation in pharma, and innovative IT platforms used for global drug development and healthcare management.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Lilly’s technology platforms and software systems
Support the implementation of IT solutions used in pharmaceutical and healthcare operations
Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
Research and prototype new technologies and digital tools
Assist in analyzing system requirements and implementing scalable software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, research, and business functions
Investigate technical issues and support software system improvements

BE / BTech in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
