Job Title: Project Leader - Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary:

This position will support senior leadership by leading and facilitating various strategic initiatives and special projects. The role will involve coordinating quality improvement efforts, patient satisfaction initiatives, and program development, among other projects. The individual will serve as a project leader, offering guidance and support for specific initiatives, reporting regularly to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Senior Leadership:

    • Assist senior leadership in the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects requiring focused leadership and facilitation.
    • Regularly report on the progress of these projects to senior leadership.
  2. Project Management:

    • Provide project management support to ensure the execution and completion of key initiatives as identified by senior leadership.
    • Take interim leadership for special projects, such as coordinating multidisciplinary programs.
  3. Financial Oversight:

    • Manage financials, including overseeing Capital and Operating budgets related to areas of responsibility.
  4. Service and Quality Improvement:

    • Initiate and organize efforts to improve service and quality.
    • Act as a catalyst for the realization of improvements within the organization.
  5. Community Engagement:

    • Participate in community benefit and outreach programs.
  6. Additional Duties:

    • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Education, Credentials, and Licenses:

  • Required: Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, Nursing, or a related field.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact positively with diverse groups, including physicians, clinical leaders, and senior leadership.

Experience Requirements:

  • Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines, including physicians and clinical staff.
