Role Overview
The STEM Content Analyst will work within the Biosis team, responsible for selecting, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing scientific research to support relevant specialty collections on Web of Science.
The role requires strong knowledge of life sciences, particularly areas such as biochemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, pharmacology, molecular biology, or genetics.
The position is target-driven and requires consistent achievement of defined quality, productivity, and editorial standards.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific Content Analysis
Select relevant scientific research from research articles.
Analyze and interpret scientific literature.
Summarize scientific research accurately and concisely.
Curate biology-related data for Web of Science specialty collections.

Content Curation
Review research publications and identify relevant scientific information.

Educational Qualification
The candidate must have a postgraduate degree in one of the following or a related Life Sciences discipline:
Biotechnology
Microbiology
Biochemistry
Genetics
Molecular Biology
Other relevant Life Sciences fields
Required Experience
3+ years of experience in content analysis within a science-related field.
Strong background in scientific research and analysis.
Experience interpreting scientific literature.
Strong attention to detail.
General computer proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
Preferred Experience
It would be advantageous to have:
2+ years of experience working with editorial publishing schedules.
Experience working with editorial quality standards.
Experience in scientific publishing or research content environments.
