#### **About the Role:**  
As a **Specialist – Quality Services**, you will be a key member of a **global team**, providing **quality and regulatory knowledge** to support commercial organizations and customer-facing functions within **Life Science**. You will act as a **second-level contact** for quality and regulatory inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions and improve customer satisfaction.  

#### **Key Responsibilities:**  

##### **Customer Inquiry & Regulatory Support:**  
- Serve as a **knowledge expert** for **quality and regulatory** topics related to **Life Science** products.  
- Provide **consultative services** and **documentation support** for customer inquiries.  
- Collaborate with **internal stakeholders** (Quality, Regulatory, Business) to address customer concerns.  
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, **explaining complex topics** in an easy-to-understand manner.  

##### **Process Improvement & Digital Solutions:**  
- Support and drive the **continuous improvement of digital workflows** to enhance service quality.  
- Contribute to the development of **market-leading solutions** that improve customer experience.  
- Utilize **digital tools and software applications** (SFDC, SAP, Microsoft 365) to streamline regulatory support.  

##### **Subject Matter Expertise & Global Collaboration:**  
- Develop expertise in a **specific product portfolio** and **quality/regulatory topics**.  
- Participate in **global calls** and collaborate with international teams to align regulatory approaches.  
- Advocate for customers’ needs and work with stakeholders to **resolve quality-related challenges**.  

#### **Qualifications & Experience:**  
- **Education:** Master’s Degree in **Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field**.  
- **Experience:**  
  - Minimum **4 years of professional experience** in a **customer service-oriented environment** within **Life Science, Biotechnology, or a related industry**.  
  - Understanding of **pharmaceutical raw material regulations** (Excipient & API) is a plus.  
  - Exposure to **APAC regional regulatory frameworks** is an advantage.  

#### **Skills & Competencies:**  
- Strong **customer-centric approach** with excellent **interpersonal skills**.  
- Digital proficiency in **SFDC, SAP, Microsoft 365**.  
- Analytical mindset with the ability to **prioritize tasks effectively**.
