Job Summary
IQVIA is seeking a Site Research Assistant to join their on-site clinical operations team in Marietta, GA. This part-time role (24 hours per week) is ideal for professionals with a background in clinical research or healthcare support. You'll play a vital role in supporting clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance with GCP standards, and facilitating participant engagement. Key Responsibilities
Manage EDC data entry and resolve clinical queries
Maintain effective communication with study teams and investigators
Assist in screening, recruitment, and enrollment of research subjects
Schedule participant visits and manage follow-up procedures
Support informed consent and ensure protocol compliance
Coordinate study visits, laboratory collections, and safety follow-ups
Comply with IRB-approved protocols, SOPs, and sponsor policies
Uphold subject safety and protocol adherence throughout the study lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent education and relevant experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting preferred
Strong understanding of clinical trials and GCP principles
Proficiency in clinical procedures, data handling, and medical terminology
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with patients, physicians, and research staff
Relevant certifications/licenses as per local/state regulatory bodies
Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
