📝 About the Role

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will be aligned with Accenture's Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting services such as clinical trials support, regulatory services, and pharmacovigilance. This role will involve managing the full lifecycle of individual case safety reports (ICSRs), including case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, and follow-ups.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage the Affiliate Mailbox, reconcile reports as per process, and perform written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases.
✔ Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing for ICSRs in the safety database, following client guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
✔ Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups in line with regulatory expectations.
✔ Adapt to working in rotational shifts and maintain flexibility for evolving tasks and deadlines.
✔ Solve routine problems using established guidelines and precedents.

📋 Qualifications

🎓 Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy.
📌 Experience: 1 to 3 years in Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance.
📌 Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in MICC (Medical Information Contact Center) is highly desirable.
