As a **Service Management & Analytics Expert**, you will enable **effective communication, KPI tracking, and service optimization** across our **Global Enterprise Services (GES) teams**.  

### **Your Role**  
- **Communication & Stakeholder Engagement**  
  - Organize and moderate **alignment meetings** between the **Service4You team and stakeholders**.  
  - Maintain **consistent multi-channel communication** to keep teams aligned.  
  - Act as a **point of contact for Service4You queries and updates**.  
- **KPI Monitoring & Analytics**  
  - Define, track, and **analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)** to assess business performance.  
  - Provide **actionable insights and recommendations** to drive improvements.  
  - Generate **reports and presentations** for stakeholders.  
- **Service Standards & Process Optimization**  
  - Ensure adherence to **Service Standards** within **GES**.  
  - Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** to enhance **service delivery and client experience**.  
  - Continuously assess and **improve Contact Channel (Service4You) usage**.  

### **What You’ll Need**  
- **Education:**  
  - Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, or related fields**.  
- **Experience:**  
  - **3–5 years** in **communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation development**.  
  - **3–5 years** in **data analysis, reporting, and customer/service analytics**.  
- **Skills:**  
  - Strong **English communication skills (written & spoken)**.  
  - Experience with **ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and analytics tools**.  
  - Ability to **influence stakeholders and drive process improvements**.  
  - **Self-organized, structured, and detail-oriented**.
