Role Overview:

As a Senior Technician, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities in dispensing, packaging, and labeling. You will ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory compliance, and production schedules while contributing to the company’s goal of delivering on-time, high-quality products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Expertise:

    • Understand and execute labeling, dispensing, filling, and packaging processes.
    • Operate unit equipment for printing, dispensing, and packaging activities.
    • Achieve First Pass Yield (FPY) and On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets per production schedules.
  • Issue Resolution:

    • Escalate operational downtime or issues to supervisors promptly.
    • Support urgent countermeasures for daily issues occurring at the workplace (Gemba).
  • Compliance & Quality:

    • Follow internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure adherence to GDP (Good Documentation Practice) and cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Performance Monitoring:

    • Own and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for packaging.
    • Track and achieve daily production targets while maintaining communication with team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: M.Sc. in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Proficiency in regulatory compliance (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP).
    • Ability to handle and operate manufacturing equipment.
