**Job Summary**:  
As a Senior Executive II in Operations, you will oversee the development and improvement of operations through efficient integrated processes. You will play a pivotal role in leveraging organizational resources, managing cost and service structures, and implementing strategic policies to optimize returns on investment. This role involves supervision of a combination of support, technician, and professional staff, as well as maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and presenting technical information to internal and external audiences. You will also lead initiatives to improve working processes within your unit, requiring a sound understanding of procedures and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise staff and implement strategies for short-term operational goals, focusing on improving cost and service structures.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, patients, and their families.
- Present specialist and technical information clearly to diverse audiences, including staff and senior managers.
- Identify areas for process improvements and propose changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day activities and manage productivity, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
