About the Role:
ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. As the Senior Clinical Data Science Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and managing clinical data solutions, ensuring high-quality data flow in the data management environment. You will work with complex datasets and play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive clinical development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong SQL skills working in the clinical data management environment.
In-depth knowledge of Visualization Design and understanding of end-to-end data flow in data management.
Develop Data Management Reports and Listings such as Clean Patient Tracker, DM Metrics, and coding listings.
Manage multiple, competing priorities with high attention to detail.
Collaborate effectively across functions and organizations, influencing without authority.
Apply knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other relevant regulations.
Ensure compliance with CDISC and SDTM standards.
Demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Any life science graduation.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills:
Strong SQL skills.
Expertise in Visualization Design and data flow in data management.
Experience with clinical data management reports and listings.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GCP, CDISC, and SDTM standards.
