Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative - Cardiovascular

What You Will Do:

As a Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative, your primary responsibility will be to strategically drive sales and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers. You will develop and execute strategic plans to promote and sell Amgen’s biopharmaceutical products, focusing on Cardiovascular treatments. You’ll also work closely with the Sales Manager to develop territory and key account plans, ensuring Amgen’s presence and market position continue to grow.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Develop Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and prescribers to drive sales and achieve individual and team targets.
  • Market Awareness: Raise awareness of Amgen products, delivering impactful sales messages through both in-person and virtual connections.
  • Sales Tactics: Identify customer needs, turning them into opportunities through innovative sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Managers and key stakeholders to develop territory and account plans, ensuring sales objectives are met.
  • CRM Management: Record customer activity and maintain up-to-date customer profiles in the CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through self-learning and training programs.

What We Expect of You:

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and innovative sales professional who can adapt to changing market dynamics. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Basic Qualifications:
    • Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the private sector.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in Cardiovascular or Specialty Care preferred.
    • Previous hospital sales experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape.
