Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Curation:
Perform complex data abstraction and data entry for specified disease and project requirements.
Participate in team meetings and learning sessions to enhance knowledge and team collaboration.
Maintain a high level of medical knowledge and terminology, as well as expertise in electronic medical record and data capture systems.
Self-report activities such as time spent on records, audits completed, and any other relevant reporting tasks as assigned by Operations and QA management teams.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with minimum quality levels indicated in the QA plan for each project (with >95% or higher accuracy depending on the project).
Receive feedback from Quality Analysts and reconcile errors in a timely manner.
Participate in quarterly Inter-Rater Reliability (IRR) tests.
Special Projects:
Lead or participate in special projects or client-specific initiatives as directed.
Education and Experience:
Qualifications: Graduate/PG in Medicos (e.g., BDS, MDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BPT, MD).
Experience: 0-5 years of experience in a clinical or non-clinical field.
Should be presentable and pleasant with excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines is essential.
This role is a great opportunity for those with a background in clinical research, medical data management, and oncology clinical research. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and a strong understanding of medical terminology is important.
